This is a 3D printed mold for people who make their own bath bombs and is designed to be used by hand. 
 
Three design options are available -
A three piece flat-design mold,
A regular size bombshell mold, and
A large bombshell mold.
Each mold contains 3 pieces. Mold colour may vary from photos.
 
Approximate final bath bomb size: 
Flat design: 7.5 cm Wide x 11 cm Tall (3" Wide x 4.5" Tall). Depth dependent on how much mix you put into the mold. Bath bomb in photo weighs approximately 145 grams / 5.1 oz. (Bath bomb not included).
Regular size Bombshell: each half of the bombshell is approximately 6 cm Wide x 14 cm Tall (2.3" Wide x 5.5" Tall). Depth (and Saturn ring) dependent on how much mix you put into the mold. Bath bomb in photo (half of bombshell) weighs approximately 100 grams / 3.5 oz. (Bath bomb not included).
Large size Bombshell: each half of the bombshell is approximately 8 cm Wide x 16 cm Tall (3" Wide x 6.75" Tall). Depth (and Saturn ring) dependent on how much mix you put into the mold. Bath bomb in photo (half of bombshell) weighs approximately 210 grams / 7.4 oz. (Bath bomb not included).
 
Our molds are made of PLA which is derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane.  To clean your mold, rinse under cool water and towel dry.  PLA is heat sensitive and can retain water, so molds should never be put in the dishwasher or soaked, and should not be rinsed with warm or hot water.

To use flat design:  Place the sleeve on the base.  Add your bath bomb mixture.  Place the plunger on top, and then simply press down hard. You can either push the top and bottom piece out of the sleeve by hand, and then unmold, or you can use the plunger to push the mold pieces out.  Wipe away any mixture on the inside of the pieces before making the next bath bomb.
 
To use bombshell design: Place concave piece inside sleeve and fill with bath bomb mixture.  Place convex piece on top and press down to compress mix.  Push inside pieces out of sleeve and unmold onto a flat surface.  Repeat to create a second half of the bombshell.  When both halves have dried enough to be handled (this can take 1 - 3 days, depending on your mix), fill hole with embeds or anything else you'd like to come out of the bath bomb as it's being used.  Connect the two halves together, either by slightly wetting one side, or by creating an oil mixture with a melted hard oil (like cocoa butter) and baking soda to use like a glue.  Allow these to dry enough so that they stay stuck together (this can take another 1 - 3 days, depending on your method.)
